9. Be Positive

Avoid harmful criticism, gossip and coarse or obscene language. Try to be a 'can-do' person and look for the good in situations that others might find easier to criticise. Always behave in a courteous and morally correct way with those with whom you work. Take a positive attitude towards change and challenge. Be a sharer of hope.
