8. Be Generous

Help others out when they need it; be prepared to 'go the extra mile' - be kind and gracious when others appear to fail or you feel they have let you down. Recognise the pressures that people can be under, especially those with managerial responsibilities. Seek to support them, encourage them, and offer critical observations when these are truly needed.
