7. Be Prayerful

Pray for everyone you work with, whether or not you get along with them. God has a purpose for creation and everyone who is part of it - your workplace is part of that world. Remember that prayer involves listening to God; allocate time to intentionally seek God - what is God's purpose for your workplace? What are the needs and opportunities that work presents? How can you pray in response to them?
