10. Be Reliable

Do all you can to not let people down, if you say you will be there - be there; if you say you will do it - do it. If you are struggling or you know you can't manage something - let people know, don't just 'disappear'. Plan your day and your life so there is room to cope with the unexpected. Don't be 'a clock-watcher' nor a time-keeper for others, rather demonstrate your life as a disciple of Christ, who is Lord of all workers and managers. Don't make promises you can't keep.
